Customer safety
1
This morning my husband and I were shopping in the Little Falls, NY store when we noticed an individual with no mask, not distancing or following the designated aisle arrows. We brought this to the attention of two store employees, neither approached the individual, and one employee actually laughed at us. Obviously the sign on the entry door that states 'no mask, no entry' is meaningless, not enforced, and is nothing more than 'PR', and in this instance, actually is window dressing. This certainly demonstrates a clear lack of commitment by management for employee or customer safety during this pandemic. This attitude certainly has been a tragedy for so many American families, what does it take for a business to do the right thing? If such a lack of concern is so clearly demonstrated, what else is the store failing to do to keep shopper's safe? One question: After this experience with the store, why should I go back? User's recommendation: For your personal safety and that of your family, shop with a different company.
