Customer representive told me to shut up when I tried to cancel policy..

Today I called Carshield and told them i needed to cancel. I told them I couldnt afford policy after car repair bill of 3500.00. They told me originally that they could cover some of it.. but didnt. Well todays call i told representative I wanted to cancel and she got mad and told me to shut up. I told her i am customer you dont talk to me like that and she continued to yell at me. I hop[e they cancel because she hung up on me.
