First off the website is wonky for ordering. Then when you earn a reward for loyalty they take it away if you don't use it in a relatively short period of time. That doesn't mean I didn't dine there within that timeframe it just means I didn't use the reward (expensing on corp acct so why?). How about an email reminder the reward is expiring? And there is no way to communicate with them online.
