Customer Hotline GOT WORST THAN EVER!

I've been trying to reach out to globe to raise my concern using their hotline and to my surprise they do not redirect me to speak to an agent. Instead advised me to visit a link like wtf you can visit a link if you don't have the internet right ? They are a big company but it seems the brain(whoever you are) is not functioning well. User's recommendation: Mind you. Difficulty will come when their service went wrong. If you have an option do not choose globe.
