I am a regular customer at the circle k at 1001 Broadway Denver Colorado 80203 at the intersection of Broadway and 10th Street. This store closes randomly throughout the afternoon and evening from 5:30 to 6:00 sometimes 7:00 to 8:00 sometimes 9:00 to 10:00 never the same always closed for cleaning and stocking it's supposed to be a 24-hour store with five employees for employees even three employees they should be able to take care of this situation without having to close the store but every time I walk to the store which is the only convenience store in my area it is continually closed requiring me to either wait outside for a half hour to an hour or go home and come back later this is very inconvenient considering it's a convenience store. There is no security at the location the location is inundated with homeless the employees allow the homeless to stand at the doors opening and closing the doors for those customers who are coming in as they're begging for change several of the employees have been seen outside doing drugs with the homeless and complaints were made to the manager about this situation the manager does not care and he is very vile and rude when you file a complaint I would like to receive a comment or a call back at my phone number 720-651-**** my name is Dave I hope the situation gets straightened out because it is the only local store close to me and it is a very busy if not the busiest downtown Denver service station in the area something needs to be done with this location New Management new employees a security officer on premises in the evenings something very very disappointed customer very very very disappointed
