Original review updated by user Aug 02, 2021 An item I wanted to be delivered was not delivered because it was out of stock from the store. I had to pay for the item and delivery when I initially ordered. The customer care line helper told me the delivery fee is not included in the refund voucher and there's nothing they can do about that. I ordered food, it didn't arrive. I paid for the delivery of nothing and received no full financial recourse, a lousy strategy.
