customer care, health and safety issues
1
On June 13, 2021 I patronized Waffle House #1737 located in Hubbard, Ohio. Being a relatively hot and humid day I noticed as soon as entering the establishment that their air conditioning was not working and was in fact uncomfortably warm. I addressed this condition to the manager whose name was Tony and he apologized and said he could do nothing about it. I could have left but wanting breakfast decided to stay and eat. which the food was good but unfortunately I could not enjoy it due to the fact I was sweating profusely, While eating I observed an individual cooking named Jon who was also sweating profusely, he was not wearing anything on his head and being a bald man I am sure his sweat was contaminating the food he was preparing which I find extremely disgusting from a customers standpoint. The employees are working in extreme heat due to the heat coming from the food prep appliances which I believe would be considered a safety issue.
