Custom Service is terrible

Ordered tickets to a concert over a year ago but it got re scheduled due to Covid. I cant not attend the new date to the concert and Ive sent multiple emails and have gotten no response. I have been on hold with them on the phone for over an hour and still no one has answered the phone. Im not asking for a full cash refund, I just want to be able to get the money into my SeatGeek account to use for something else. This is ridiculous. No customer service at all. User's recommendation: Don’t buy from here.
