the big store in eastgate Mall has front abd back tills which is good because its such a hugbe store and that makes serving customer faster however. All the time the back tills are never open whicjh causes long li ne in the fro nt tills and delays. i am regular customer and i have an account wigth you an d i live close by i am always at the store. if the store needs more staff gthe shoul hire and if its management they should attend to because this is absurd and time wasti ng for customers. service must be fast and attending to customers o ti me should be a priority. I tried addressing this with the manager but everytime i go there till woujld be closed.what the use of having tills if yhou wont have people working
