Chapter two. They keep sending me emails saying that they have resolved my issue every time I email them. They do nothing but hit a button and send the same email. Since in one of their emails they said that they COULD NOT REFUND THE TAX(lol) I threatened to contact both the provincial and federal governments. Now, just today, they sent me an email saying they would refund me 15% of the cost!!! They are just completely laughable!!! This is I assume still coming from the call centre in the Philippines but I cant say for sure. I think I will still report them for attempting to break the law and tell them to &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;@%#% !!!! Stay tuned. User's recommendation: Run away!!! At least until they get their act together!
