Hello, yesterday I purchased an allen + roth Altadena Wicker Brown Metal Frame Stationary Conversation Chair(s) with Tan Sunbrella Cushioned Seat Item #871276Model #FRS60602E, from Lowes. The chair was a display model that I purchased. The cushions had black marks on them, that I was not able to remove with soap & water. I was wondering since the product is advertised as stain resistant, with a 5 year warranty, if Allen & Roth would send me replacement covers? If that is not an option, is there a cleaning solution the company recommends? Thank you, Alexis H.
