Ordered leggings. They were marked as delivered at the leasing office. Never happened. They never came. I was told to wait 2-3 MORE DAYS to see if it would arrive because they know Laser ship does this. If you know they mess up deliveries, why are you still using it as a service???? After being hung up on and not helped by customer service, I gave up. Victoria's Secret is *** and they do not care about customers. Just money. User's recommendation: Don’t shop in store and definitely not online.
