We have purchased Disneystore.com items. The items were returned to them. Almost 2 weeks now, we have not received the refund. Every time we called CS, we were told to check with our bank. All the CS were reading the same script, because all of them gave us the exact same answers - "Please check with your bank we did credited the refund to your account". We finally have to open a dispute case with our own bank. Meanwhile Disney is collecting interest on our money. How UNETHICAL!!! Never do business with company! They could hold your money up to 90 days!
