My lights were disconnected, i was ready to to pay to have them recconnected, a Nice man got on the phone and tried to help and he did and then again something went wrong, my son has asthma bad and they seem to still disregard what I was saying they act as if they were trying to help and they weren't when I got up Saturday they were still laughing and they know who were calling and they were not trying to help me I've even had someone to tell me to go and flip Breakers because my electricity was on and it wasn't so the people at Direct Energy or cruel rude people. It didn't even matter to them that I had to go get rooms for my children or how was going to feed my children or anyting how cruel is that
