Dec. of 2016, I cancelled after 5 long years of false alarms of contract I did not know I had and service I never used because malfunction never fixed. Afterwards, I had to stop payment at bank because they kept pulling payment. Without my knowledge, They said they automatically renewed my contract. I contacted. I wrote. I talked. I still to this day Dec. 2018 get monthly bills and harassing phone calls about back payments. I gave up. Crooks and thieves.
