CROOKED GYM … WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER

I took a 6 month member ship at Aldred. I was not explained in detail that the gym would be moving down the street and I decided after one visit the gym was not for me. After paying for my membership I didn't sign any paper work because the receptionist it's "forgot". When I asked for a refund I was told it was impossible to reimburse me via interact ( my initial payment method) and that the owner would pay me cash the following day when I came by. Then I was informed it had to be done by check! Then I was told they wouldn't reimburse the taxes! The owner and receptionist were both unsympathetic and led me on a wild goose chase to get my money back.wHorrible gym! Horrible service ! A warning to all ! Zero professionalism! Shame on them.
