My sister in law was accosted by an employee at Valvoline Express off Hillcrest. Manager did nothing to protect her in this situation. She felt unsafe and was being threatened and everyone just stood there and watched. Im appalled by the actions or lack there of taken and I will continue to follow up until something is done. Chuck the area director is now ignoring my calls and messages and Ive been told that this is a privately owned and operated business separate from Valvoline so I guess nothing will be done. Even though when you go online it sends you to the same place. Shame on everyone involved and the lack of empathy and oversight User's recommendation: Don’t go to this business. They are legally allowed to assault you.
