The right roller is off track which means the Cricut will not load mats. I spoke to customer service today and I was told there are not repair centers. It was suggested to try and move the off track roller back in place. Ive tried. Its impossible. I purchased this machine in Nov 2019 and have hardly used it as I told the representative. I was told my Cricut is out of warranty and was offered $50 towards the purchase of a new machine which Im not interested in.
