I have 2 orders with Catherines. They were supposed to cancel both of these orders and CREDIT MY ACCOUNT. Ive emailed them plus stood on the line 45 minutes to talk to them.Apparently, the girl didnt get anything done. I want these 2 orders cancelled now and my account credited. Order #400******** and #400******** for $119.89. They never told me that these were back ordered. This is ridiculous. My bank will be notified if this isnt taken care of soon. User's recommendation: Don’t buy unless you know how reputable the company is!
