Dear Sir/Madam, This is regarding the attached credit voucher for AED 1236/- issued against cancellation of flights (PNR [protected], dt 2 Feb 2020) due to pandemic COVID19. While we note that the voucher is valid for 12 months ie., expiry 2 Feb 2021, the situation of pandemic has worsened across all countries especially in India and there were no chances of travelling to the said sector. In this regard, may we please know the status of the said credit voucher. We hereby request you to renew the voucher for an indefinite period and allow at least to transfer the credit voucher within the family members or blood relatives.  Awaiting your positive response.
