Credit from a previous flight from pandemic

I have a verified credit in my just fly account but the web site will not let me book it and says i need to talk to an agent. Ive been trying to call them for weeks and am hold for 45 minutes to over an hour every time and still havent spoken to anyone to book my new flight and have emailed them on several occasions both on my own and through this server. User's recommendation: Know the risk of losing your money. There is NO customer service!!!
