Hello, Iam writing this mail in connection the my credit card settlement payment. I had an expired credit card with FAB and agreed on settlement plan of AED 6K on my Credit Card No: [protected] Viz settlement Plan no COLL-SL-FAB-DXB-JUL-[protected], where i had arranged the money and went to FAB ATM machine located at Sheikh Zayd Rd Branch ATM 3 where i had deposited all 6 notes of AED 1000. The ATM machine had issues and the cash was returned only AED 5000, i took out and my 1000 got stuck in the ATM and it gave me a deposit Slip No :1441 Stating that the deposit is accepted and it will be processed manually and the same machine i deposited again remaining AED 5000 and same issue where the cash was stuck and it gave me another deposit Slip No 1442 stating that the deposit is processed manually as i checked near to ATM machine and also else where if my money fell down but when realized that ATM has captured the money Immediately i called the bank at the ATM machine and raised an Complaint No: [protected] and addressed the concern. But to my disappointment i was notified by Mohammed and Noor from the complaint section that they received only 5000 AED which is not true and i had raised the concern that it is 6000 as that's the only money i took with me for depositing . They had conveyed that the complaint is resolved which is not resolved as my argument was its 6000 dhs which was deposited. Now the complaint is closed without any resolving but as per their department its resolved. I would like to go for CCTV footage at FAB Sheikh Zayed Branch, Would advice how this can be done?
