A charge of $30 was made to my credit card. I do not wish to pay this. I have not used Nero for almost a year, and, in fact, have deleted it from my computer. To be fair, yesterday I downloaded the 7 day trial and tried it again. I don't like it, and will not purchase it again. I don't know why you charged me $30, but please refund it, and Nero and I will part amicably, Thank you. Vincent J Powers
