We are SICK that we are out $2622 for the sofa and $700 restocking fee for the swivel chairs and still no response from the owner and president of CR Laine. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FURNITURE!!!!! Update by user Jul 24, 2019 We also purchased a CR Laine Track Arm Sofa ($2,622) the same time we purchased the Brooklyn Swivel Chairs and decided to post pictures of it also. This is what the sofa looks like after three months. Unacceptable! We are sick about our CR Laine purchases. BUYER BEWARE!!! Original review posted by user Jul 17, 2019 Ordered two of these swivel chairs ($2520 each). Not the same color or quality as swatch in store. This is what they looked like in 16 days. Wrote CR Laine Owner and President and sent the attached pictures for reimbursement of $700 restocking fee & received no response. Unacceptable furniture and customer service! Buyer beware. Next step will be to report to BBB, Washington State Attorney General, and FTC.
