COVID cancellation refund received

We had to cancel our trip less than 24 hours before check-in, due to a last minute quarantine for COVID. We requested a refund, even though we agreed to the cancellation policy (no refunds that late, even if covid). But they worked with us and the hotel, and a few weeks later, we received our refund. Will definitely book through their site again. User's recommendation: Great customer service follow-up & follow-through.
