COVID-19 Vaccine Information

1

I called the information hotline on 2/11/2021 at 11 am CST, and spoke to a representative named Daree, who was very nice. I explained to her about my brother's situation, he is a diabetic and 65. She kindly set him up with an appointment for the next day. He shows up at a clinic at 972 E. Little Creek Rd. Norfolk, Va, because he had also received his confirmation via text to show up. He gets there only to be told that they are not even giving vaccines, and that he was not the only one that had showed up, wow, what kind of business is CVS running??? Why would that not been in their database? Then I call back the hotline, only to have been rudely talked to by Ken, and Maine (female), who took no responsibility for any of it and suggested that I do the leg work to find a new clinic. I suggest all of you, to do your research about CVS, with all the bad reviews that I have seen about their customer service, it may be worth looking into about their practices as a business. User's recommendation: I would not recommend using them for COVID 19 vaccine sites or store visits.
