MARSH AND IN FAVOR OF ACTORFAX. Her Ruling was based on the grounds that Breakdown Services and Gary A. Marsh FAILED TO MEET THEIR BURDEN OF PROOF SHOWING THAT THERE ARE NO FACTUAL ISSUES. Competent and admissible Evidence presented by ActorFAX raised a material factual dispute as to all 6 charges brought against Breakdown Services and Gary A. Marsh. As ActorFAX asserted, the Superior Court ruled that there are indeed triable issues as to whether BREAKDOWN SERVICES AND GARY A.
