Last december 27 I scheduled a pick up and I personally texted their number about the updates. I was told on the morning of december 28 that a delivery guy has been dispatched and that I should expect them within the day. It was already 5 pm and wala parin so I texted them again but got no response, I called their landline but their line is busy and when I looked at the pick up status it says "PICKED UP" eventhought no one came to pick the item? I've tried so many courier services and so far, fastrack and the express guy are the worst of all. Such a disgrace to the community!!
