Worst courier service on the earth. The agent doesn't have delivery boys. He returns on false and flimsy grounds. No phone contact. We are surprised to see how he is appointed as agent in Tirupati. To get bad name for the institution, he can be continued. We are very seriously thinking of suing claiming damages inspite of several complaints to the company from here and abroad.. The institution also appears to be not serious in dealing with customers. User's recommendation: Don't book with the present courier.
