Courier didn’t pick up parcel

P2G9289**** I wan to know why the courier stood on the other side of my house in a gray van and drove away after a few sec and said can find adress? I have the house number on the garbage bean and doors and I do not know that he did not see !!!! please check when my parcel will be picked up? I wait all day yesterday and I cant wait all day today
