Coupon false advertising stating free card when you buy 2 greeting cards

American Greeting Cards has coupons posted in stores that state FREE CARD When You Buy 2 Greeting Cards priced 2.97 or higher. I bought 3 cards at Walmart priced at $4.97, $7.27, and $3.99 expecting to obtain the 3rd card for free but in the fine print it states the coupon is for $3.00 not a free card. This coupon should read $3.00 off after the purchase of 3 cards greater than $2.97. These type of tactics need to stop and I have never seen this with Hallmark.
