Counseling my cards charging me extreme payment amounts, continuously hitting my credit which my credit score is extremely lowered

Synchrony Bank has been charging me extremely high payments closing my accounts since the pandemic ended I was making my payments on time and they still started charging me hi rate and closing my card accounts they were hitting my credit repeatedly every month lowering my credit score in a way that would affect my credit with them I feel that its wrong for them to do that because I have been a loyal customer before pandemic so I don't understand why they were starring closing my accounts all quickly like and started increasing my rate after the pandemic I feel that it's not right for them to do me like this and I feel is wrong for them to constantly keep hitting my credit lowering my credit score so they can have an excuse to close my accounts
