Couldn’t Let it Go!

Wrote a negative review on my takeout order from the Outback in Middletown NJ in May. I was contacted by one of the managers there apologizing for my unhappiness. While I wasn't looking for anything but to let him know how poor the order was, he offered to send my a gift card to keep me as a customer. As a long time customer I figured I'd give them another chance. The gift card never arrived and I contacted the office on four occasions leaving a message with a different person each time including another manager. Each time I was assured that they would get back to me. Needless to say I never got a call back. Very disappointing and I just can't let go.
