I had bought a top from Vinted that had not yet arrived. All of a sudden I couldnt access my account and also couldnt see a way of contacting Vinted. All reviews about them were awful so didnt hold out much hope of resolving this and being able to contact seller. I got an email address from Pissed Consumer and emailed them. be fair to Vinted they sorted out the problem by the next day. The problem was they have moved to a new site (why?). Anyway now all sorted so pleased. User's recommendation: Try their customer services first.
