Dealer should have explained that I could only use the First Extended Service warranty at the selling dealership. Did not find out until I glanced at the fine print on the back of the member card which took a month to receive. Don't know if this applies to all of First Extended customers or just a deal with dealers who want it. Always check first. Now taking too long to receive my refund. User's recommendation: Think twice if you really need and extended warrenty then think twice again. Then find the best rated company you can. The ratings for this company on this site are abysmal..
