I work as a programmer from home and rarely go out, and even less to department stores. When I do go I like to purchase as much as I can that way I won't have to go back anytime soon. From the moment I walked in the store at Washington Square I was shadowed step for step by this employee( blonde, single ponytail, homely looking gal)who never at any point I was in the store could ask me if I needed any help. There was multiple others, but from my experience they only hire loss prevention clerks disguised as sales associates. The problem is they don't keep a great disguise because none of the 5 employees could be bothered with asking me if I needed ant help. That would surely of taken the focus off of making sure I didn't steal. Great way to forever lose my business and at minimum 5 pairs of men's and women's boots and shoes. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. TOTAL FAIL AND VERY DEGRADING. THANKS FOR MAKING IT ASSURED I ONLY SHOP ONLINE AND NOTHING THAT SMELLS OF THIS CORPORATION.
