I tried to call Kia finance to talk to them about a payment I made last night around 8 or 9pm. It has not left my account and my payment is due today. This is my first car loan and wanted to make sure I wouldnt be charged a late fee. THERE IS NO OPTION TO TALK TO A HUMAN ABOUT MY CONCERNS AND KIA DEALERSHIP COULD NOT ASSIST ME AS WELL!!!!!! None the less. There needs to be someone (a human) that anyone with the same concerns as me, can talk about and understand every question and answer to put customers at ease. Thanks User's recommendation: Until things get corrected with humans and automatic responses, stay away if your new.
