Before paying for a month and a year of ESPN+, none of ESPN+ web sites mentioned one had to have either cable or satellite TV. Currently we have neither. We had cut the cord so to speak and went with TVision which lasted about 6 months. Now we have antenna TV only and listen to sports on the radio. We don't watch movies. We tried a number of other offers but nothing was live (sports). User's recommendation: Try to call the provider of the service of interest.
