I treated my wife and kid to Portillos for lunch and drove thru the drive thru. Ordered beef sandwiches and fries. Waited in drive thru for 15 minutes for our order. We then drove back home, which was a half hour drive. Took out my sandwich and there was no peppers on it or gravy, just a dry beef sandwich!! I was there in 2016 and sandwich was much better than. Had a cup of gravy and lots of peppers. What changed in 2 years?? I gave you guys another chance a month later and dined inside this time. I asked for a beef sandwich and asked if I get gravy with it and the response was they lightly dip sandwich in gravy, don't even get a cup of gravy anymore. I asked for peppers also and they only put 2 small slices of green peppers on it. Should have been lots of peppers. I don't think I will be going there anytime soon. Quality is going down hill. If the food gets better like the first time I remember, then I will come back.
