I had the eye rise procedure done by Dr. Stephen Bracci. He claimed that it would erase the under eye bags, eliminate puffiness, and take away the dark circles. Unfortunately, I saw zero difference. I went back a second time to have him fix it. He injected Bolotero which probably was water- again no difference. I look tired, have dark circles, and am out close to 3000 dollars for absolutely nothing. I am so unhappy. This doctor is nothing more than a good scam artist. Now I have to have my face fixed, which is going to be more money and more of a headache. None of the doctors I consulted with had ever heard of him or his procedure that he claims is his. He is not even certified in plastic surgery so he shouldn't even be doing this procedure! Stay away from this man. He will take your money and laugh all the way to the bank.
