Why is it employee are told “we don’t have $ for more employees “ but yet our CEO makes almost double the salary of a United States President??!!! Human Resources only protects the company and Management, and lets the employees suffer. Not enough “trained” to get the work done- way too many people either too lazy or too slow not being held ACCOUNTABLE because we’re not supposed to “Don’t be a jerk”, news flash, sometimes when lazy no good employees need to be sent down the road, you “ Need to be a Jerk”!!
