I am still a dissatisfied customer, who was victimized by an unscrupulous business practice and the company when contacted does not give a damn. Original review posted by user Oct 28, 2019 Contract #LASD-102****; I rented a vehicle at the Las Vegas facility. I was quoted a price in writing for $230.66 for 6 days. The confirmation number was FFXPO3404D, dated 9-27-2019. I returned the car as outlined in the contract. However, I received a final bill of $412.75. I vociferously object to the billing. The desk agent added insurance, which I declined at the desk. She charged me $119.94 without my consent or knowledge. This is unfair for Fax Rent A Car to charge me for insurance which I declined. The lady at the Billing Department is processing $69.22 for the error. I do not appreciate this business practice and find your resolution unsatisfacory. You have loss a customer for life and all my friends will also know about your unsavory business practice.
