On May 27, 2021 a representative from FPL Corporate Office called me to follow up on my bill. Auto-pay came back and charged $30.00. She said I could have auto-pay. She set it up and removed $30.00 charge. NOW the payment came back again and another $30.00 charge. I paid by credit card but NOT the $30.00.
