I paid $92, ordering TWO 18-packs of Charmin Mega Rolls Toilet paper and they sent me what's in the picture. Customer service just gives you the runaround and doesn't solve anything. They promised me a refund when it took 1.5 months to get here, but never received it. SO they sent me the tiny rolls of TP pictures below. In order to get a refund, I would have to pay an additional $20, and I'm pretty sure I would never receive that refund even if I did send them back User's recommendation: DON'T ORDER FROM THEM.
