The delivery driver did not even say hi, thank you, boo or anything. I even propped the front door open for him. When he was bringing the supplies into the building I advised him that the delivery needed to be taken upstairs to the office. We even have a sign that says office upstairs. Not sure where he thought we were going to use the paper. Instead he just left it at the bottom of the stairs. If I wanted or could carry copy paper upstairs, I would have went to the store and bought it in store. I just had surgery and my office manager is over 60 years old. I have purchased from Office Depot for a long time and have never had a delivery driver be so rude by not saying anything or disregarding where I needed the supplies dropped. I even called the customer service asking for the driver to be sent back and was advised that as long as it was delivered to the building that they are not required to place it where I ask. I will never purchase from Office Depot again. All my future purchase will be done with Quill.
