Good Day, I lost my phone A30S on the 13 June 2021. I reported and submitted all the necessary and required documents at Southgate Telkom I was given the # 56799 as a reference. I still haven't received my phone to date, I phoned on Friday and was told to chat via whatsApp, how on earth am I expected to do that? I am really furious and frustrated as I still pay for the insurance to date and they fail to meet their end of the deal. I'm tired of being sent from pillar to post. May I please get immediate assistance in this regard.
