At the end of my contract I ran into a few things that were told different to me at the beginning than at the end. Ideal image reached out immediately after receiving my email. Although I know it wasnt this persons error she happily worked with me to find a resolution. I appreciate her listening to my concerns and caring and finding a resolution.
