Contract continuation

2

I started invisalign in 2018. Since then ive joined the military and deployed and of course Covid happened. So i was on one pair of invisalign for more than a year. When i wanted to start again i was told id have to pay for all new aligners and id still be on the clock for my contract which started in 2018, and on top of that, im told it will take even more time than originaly expected to complete treatment and its possible ill run off the contract. Having payed for a product and service and not receiving anything, and being asked to pay again with a chance of it not going through to the end of the contract is unacceptable. I should be reimbursed for not receiving what i originaly payed for, and have my contract extended. User's recommendation: Look around the aligner market before settling for invisalign.
