I have been paying on my pool for 4 years thinking my contract was for a different percentage rate. The lady on the phone said I signed a new contract which I did not. They changed the interest rate on me as well and advised me today that only $41 of my $266 payment is going to principal over the last 4 years. This company is scamming people. When I asked for a copy of the new contract she said I could have a copy only if I paid $50 a page! $50 a page is crazy. I wanted to pay my pool off thinking I owed much less. To make matters worse my pool started leaking and the pump went out the first year. The top rail is rusting and User's recommendation: Do not buy from this company.
