Continuous changes for the worse in that products that have worked have been discontinued and replaced by the apparent mixing of such at times….

I have been using the products for over 40 years and noticed a decline in the quality. What once worked (because there was a 3-step cleansing) now had apparently been mixed in with each other, etc. I was using the timewise 3-in-1 cleanser as I am acne prone.... Anyway, my point: Not happy with new products because I have to mix them to achieve SOME balance, so I'm spending more!
